- Retention: Body-worn camera footage is retained for a period consistent with operational needs, applicable legal requirements, and client agreements. Footage that is no longer needed for these purposes is securely deleted or destroyed.
- Legal Compliance: All body-worn camera operations are conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws governing audio and video recording, including consent and notification requirements where applicable.
