JDR Management LLC provides management, compliance, administrative, and legal support services. We also utilize security personnel in connection with certain client engagements to help ensure safety and accountability. Our security personnel may be equipped with body-worn cameras for documentation, incident reporting, and operational transparency purposes.

Information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or agreement to provide services. All service engagements are governed by separate written agreements between JDR Management LLC and the respective client. In connection with certain client engagements, JDR Management LLC deploys security personnel who may utilize body-worn cameras. The use of body-worn cameras is subject to all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of specific client agreements. Footage captured by body-worn cameras is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. JDR Management LLC retains all rights to footage and recordings made by its personnel in the course of their duties, subject to client agreements and applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which JDR Management LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the State in which JDR Management LLC maintains its principal place of business, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter.
